When you apply through our Career or Internship forms, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your CV, contact details and your answers to the application questions.
We use this information only to assess your application and manage our recruitment process. Uploaded CVs are stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, and application details are recorded in Google Sheets, with access limited to the people involved in hiring.
We keep applicant data for as long as needed for recruitment and then delete it on request. To ask us to delete your application, contact us using the details in the “Contact us” section below.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only with trusted service providers who support our operations, or when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Aslase operates management offices in Columbus (US), Glasgow (UK), Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh (KSA), and an offshore development centre in Lahore (Pakistan). To respond to you and deliver our services, your information may be accessed by our teams in these locations and processed by our service providers in other countries.
Where personal data is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we aim to handle it in line with the data protection laws that apply to us, including the UK GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Laws (PDPL) of the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
